Subluxation of the ankle (partly luxated) mechanics and release

An ankle subluxates (which causes a lengthening of the concerned leg), when a pull at the joint happens. This is for example the case, when pulling the ankles behind the chair leg while sitting, or, having crossed the legs, to hook the foot of the crossed leg behind the calf of the standing leg.
